I am experiencing some back pain in my pregnancy, is it safe for me to attend your prenatal classes?

Yes! Please speak to your teacher at the start of class or give us a call if you are experiencing back pain and are unsure what to do. We can refer you to some great allied health professionals in the area that will help with your pain but usually movement is key to keeping you supported. We can also modify exercises during the class for anyone experiencing carpal tunnel syndrome, pelvic girdle pain, or any other discomfort.

The classes are safe for you to attend right up to your due date and many women find the classes are good for their relaxation, sleep and general wellbeing. Often movement is helpful.

If you are returning to exercise after having a baby please talk to your teacher prior to the class so they are aware of your history and can work out what exercise is appropriate for you.
